To participate in a countywide project to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the State of Nebraska. This project involves taking historic images from around the county and reproducing them as murals to be displayed on or in buildings of your choice.
Step 1: Select the photograph you wish to have made into a mural. The photo may come from your own collection or from the archives of the Plainsman Museum.
Step 2: Select the size of the mural: 2'x4', 4'x4', or 4'x8' (prices below)
Step 3: Bring your photo along with your payment of cash or check (made payable to the Plainsman Museum) to the museum by December 31, 2017.
Step 4: We will call you when your mural is ready for pick-up at the Museum. We ask that you let us know when it is ready for viewing so that we can add it to our social media - Twitter, Facebook, the Aurora News register and this web site.
